Live Like Kade 5K
The 5k that you can count on every year is the Live Like Kade race, held in the honor of a boy our town lost too soon. During his life, Kade was known for making every moment count. He didn't waste his time with mundane things like putting shoes on the right feet. His favorite color was blue, and of course camo. He loved to hunt and eat s'mores with his family.

The race held annually is in memory of him and his loved ones.
If you have participated in the race, check your photos out here:
Every year, Kade's family picks a new organization to donate proceeds from the race. Proceeds have helped children buy school lunches, contribute to the SeaLife Center, and even the Anchorage Zoo.
Erin Nauta Photography supports this cause to honor his memory. His life and passing changed lives in our small town forever.
Many businesses take part of the Live Like Kade 5k!
